Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead modernization of a MarTech and customer membership platform. You will define target-state architecture, design scalable event‑driven integrations, and guide migration roadmaps across complex legacy landscapes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder communication, and deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and cloud tech including AWS, Kafka, and Terraform. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solution/Software Architecture for distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Event-Driven Architecture.
• Proven experience defining target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps.
• Experience with legacy system transformation and migration initiatives.
• Experience within the MarTech/customer domain, including loyalty/membership, CRM, CDP, consent management, customer engagement, and marketing activation platforms.
• Hands‑on Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL background.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and Trunk‑Based Development.
• Experience with RFCs and ADRs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and Terraform.
• Experience designing API‑led and event‑driven integrations.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.
• Previous involvement in technology modernization, vendor evaluation, or platform‑selection initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder communication and architectural leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
