About The Role & Team
We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor (Disney+)—referred to within the team as Studio Content Marketing Supervisor responsible for working on Disney+ marketing campaigns. These will be mostly digital activities concentrated on building awareness and consideration of the series from Marvel and Star Wars universe and of the selected films available beforehand in cinemas.
Studio content marketing supervisor will collaborate with CE counterparts, other company’s departments (i.e. creative, PR, social media, integrated marketing, performance, programming), external creative and media agency and will report to studio content marketing manager, and will not require team management responsibility.
The role will be focused on Polish market, but there might be some tasks covering other CE markets.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Warsaw office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
Strategic Marketing
- Support the implementation of effective and efficient fully integrated marketing campaigns for Disney+ including but not limited to writing briefs, discussing laydowns and media plans and developing marketing assets.
- Understand attitudes and behaviours of key audiences, where to connect with them, and with what content.
Reporting and Analysis
- Evaluate relevant insights, platform data and competitive environment, applying insights to gain competitive advantage.
- Effective and efficient budget management including ensuring all payments to external vendors are managed appropriately.
Agencies and External Creative Houses
- Liaising with both media and creative agencies, ensuring briefs are clear and campaigns align with Disney+ brand strategies and KPI’s.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Former 3-4 years of experience in entertainment/apparel/lifestyle/FMCG industry in agency or on client’s site
- Experience in building awareness campaigns using different touchpoints, with an emphasis on digital
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Had opportunity to take part in translating global strategies into locally relevant actions
- A balance between analytical skills and creative open mind (can draw conclusions from media plans and come up with an idea of marketing stunt)
- Ability to provide creative and implementable solutions
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively and seeking support when needed.
- Polish fluent, English at least B2 level (both written and spoken)
