Qualifications

• Master's degree in science, healthcare, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Several years of stakeholder-facing marketing experience in healthcare.
• Proven record of launching innovative products in hospital markets (Drug Programs).
• Experience in dermatology and/or rheumatology preferred.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Omnichannel marketing expertise or interest to develop it.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and market access environments.
• Ability to develop impactful solutions and implementation plans.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.

We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused to join our Immunology team, based at our UCB office in Warsaw, Poland.

About the role

In your role as Marketing Solutions Lead, you will help create meaningful solutions that improve experiences and outcomes for patients and healthcare communities. You will connect strategic priorities with local insights, enabling impactful initiatives that balance scientific understanding with human needs. Working across the local cross-functional team, you will shape and implement solutions tailored to the local healthcare environment, creating value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider health system while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Strategy Operations, and local market teams. You are going to collaborate within a supportive, cross-functional environment where diverse perspectives are valued. Together with internal partners and external stakeholders, you will contribute to developing solutions that address healthcare ecosystem needs and create lasting value for patients.

• Master\'s degree in science, healthcare, business, or related discipline.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Polish & English.


• Several years of experience in stakeholder-facing marketing role within healthcare environments.


• Proven experience in driving successful launches of innovative products on a hospital market (Drug Programs).


• Experience in dermatology and/or rheumatology highly preferred, gained within an innovative pharmaceutical company or through working on an innovative product.


• Experience collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.


• Omnichannel marketing experience or a strong interest in developing this expertise.


• Understanding of healthcare regulations and market access environments.


• Experience developing impactful solutions and implementation plans.


• Proven cross functional project team\u2019s leadership.
