Join us as our Marketing Manager Eastern Europe and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business across this dynamic region.

This role must be performed from Poland. Candidates based in or around Warsaw are expected to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from the office). Candidates located in other parts of Poland may work fully remotely.

We are looking for an inspiring marketing leader who will define and deliver an integrated marketing plan, drive customer demand, and strengthen our brand presence while working closely with Sales and Product teams.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of impactful online and offline campaigns, while fostering an inclusive culture that develops people, enhances capability, and maximises the value of our marketing investments.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

In this role, you’ll enjoy a dynamic mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, taking ownership of the full marketing plan for Eastern Europe. You’ll shape and drive the Integrated Marketing Plan to maximise commercial results and return on investment, while contributing to the wider Rest of EMEA (RoE) marketing strategy and sharing best practice across the region.

Day to day, you will lead the local team in bringing both regional and local campaigns to life, working closely with external agencies to deliver high-quality projects on time. You’ll manage communication across the local business, ensure effective creation and production of marketing materials, and provide valuable support to Sales through practical and impactful marketing solutions.

• Experience managing both global and local brands and creative development processes
• Strong project management and planning abilities
• Fluency in English (Czech language a plus)
