Overview

We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our local Marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving growth across all our business lines — from restaurants and retail to new verticals. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships, building campaigns that resonate with customers, and driving meaningful community engagement. What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Wolt’s local marketing initiatives — bringing our brand to life across cities, communities, and digital channels. You’ll turn insights into creative campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that strengthen our local presence and drive growth across all business lines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to blend strategic thinking with creative execution, while collaborating closely with local teams and regional marketing partners to make an impact that truly resonates.

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
  • Lead and manage local marketing campaigns from concept to execution — ensuring they’re engaging, effective, and true to Wolt’s brand.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create marketing initiatives that drive visibility and mutual growth.
  • Develop and implement the local social media strategy, crafting authentic, relevant, and community-driven content.
  • Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
  • Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
  • Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.

  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement.
  • Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.
