Creative Marketing – Materials

We are seeking a dynamic profile to join our local marketing team and perform creative activities related to creative assets. In this role, you will develop creative concepts for audiovisual content in order to promote Kinoswiat content, in collaboration with external partners and internal marketing teams.

The role
  • Development of creative concepts for audiovisual content to promote Kinoswiat content (trailers, TV and radio spots, online materials, making-of videos, music videos, etc.)
  • Supervision over production audiovisual content, incl. collaboration with external partners
  • Preparation of cost estimates and production schedules
  • Negotiation of costs and timelines with subcontractors (incl. its ongoing monitoring, documentation, invoicing, keeping track of the budget)
  • Maintaining and updating contact databases,
  • Participation in the organization of ceremonial premieres, press conferences, special screenings and other events
  • participation in the organization of making of sessions,
  • taking care of the effective flow of financial documents (from cost estimates to payments),
Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing video advertising production/postproduction
