Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is seeking a motivated intern to support account management and project coordination. You will help prepare agendas, track milestones, and liaise with creative, content, production, and strategy teams on real client projects.

The role offers hybrid work, 3-month paid internship (Poland), and a potential path to a Junior Specialist role after the internship. You will learn from top industry specialists and work with global clients.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (C1)
• Availability 5 days a week (9–17) and willingness to work full-time after the internship
• Attention to detail
• Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, advertising, or client services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow processes
• Sense of project ownership and responsibility
• Technical curiosity with a thirst for knowledge in online marketing
• Ability to operate on agreed delivery dates with minimum supervision
• Willingness to play in a team

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action lists
• Assist with project documentation, briefs, and status reports
• Track project milestones and flag potential risks or delays
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Help maintain project management tools
• Support quality assurance by ensuring deliverables align with client briefs
• Learn agency processes and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency
