Job summary

Wella Company in Łódź, Poland seeks a Finance Analyst to support planning, reporting, and control of A&P and Education investments. You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure accurate reporting, and drive sound financial stewardship of marketing spend.

You will perform monthly close activities, analyze variances, and support planning cycles while maintaining data quality and governance. Strong Excel + SAP/EPM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP/EPM is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing spend controlling (Advertising & Consumer Promotion).
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and dashboards on spend, commitments, and budget utilization.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Owners to monitor spending performance and support investment decisions.
• Support SAP Analytics Cloud implementation for assigned area.
• Oversee Education spend reporting and analysis with timely communication of results.
