Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw is building a dedicated Tech & Data capability within the Marketing & Communications department to measure and steer marketing investment end-to-end.

You will own the full modelling stack in production for a B2B environment with long sales cycles and regulatory explainability. The role embeds in the modelling workstream from day one, collaborating with an implementation partner and delivering production-ready models with transparency and impact.

Qualifications

• Applied data-science background in Bayesian methods or econometrics.
• Hands-on with marketing mix modelling and/or attribution modelling in production.
• Strong Python and PySpark engineering craft on Databricks or similar platform.
• Experience designing experiments: control groups, geo tests, incrementality.
• Ability to document and explain models to non-technical stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Judgement to keep it simple where it adds value; complex only where needed.
• Experience embedding AI agents into business processes on Databricks AI gateway/endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate marketing mix models quantifying channel and brand contribution.
• Build and operate account-level multi-touch attribution models for long B2B cycles.
• Design and run incrementality and geo-lift experiments to calibrate models.
• Develop personalization and propensity models feeding segmentation and targeting.
• Own model refresh, monitoring, calibration and explainability to standards.
• Work hands-on in ML environment (MLflow, model serving) and collaborate with partner squads.
• Translate model outputs into scenario planning and budget optimization with Insights Lead.
