Signify in Warsaw is offering a Marketing Communication Intern role to support B2B MarCom activities, content creation, and event coordination. You will learn how campaigns are executed in practice within a global organization.

Ideal candidates are third-year bachelor’s or master’s students in Marketing/Communication and fluent in Polish and English, with strong writing and translation skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Third-year bachelor’s or pursuing master’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, International Business, or Economics.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong writing and translation skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative with guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experienced with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience or interest in social media management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and localizing global and local B2B MarCom campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, materials, and social media content.
• Support digital content activation and event organization.
• Translate and adapt marketing materials (EN→PL) to ensure local relevance and consistency.
• Participate in case studies, social media projects, and marketing initiatives.
