What You’ll Do:

  • Use your analytical skills to evaluate data - analyse sales, market, pricing and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with teams from Sales, Legal, and other departments to achieve company goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and business objectives. Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments to drive overall company success.
  • Identify and drive improvements within the team. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor customer performance and find ways to enhance it
  • Balance profitability and customer willingness-to-pay. Conduct pricing analysis to find the optimal balance between maximising profits and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Offer strategic advice to senior management based on market research and pricing analysis. Help shape the company's long-term pricing strategy
  • Provide the sales team with data-driven insights and pricing recommendations to support contract negotiations
  • Advise senior leaders on market and pricing strategies
  • Use your knowledge and experience to make decisions that support the company's goals

The ideal candidate would have:

  • University Education (or equivalent through experience)
  • Previous experience in Commercial or Pricing role is a must
  • Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • International and Domestic business awareness/experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in dealing with sales and management in a fact-based and open manner
  • Analytical experience with swith emphasis on pricing, analysis or approval capacity in a business environment
