We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst who enjoys exploring efficiency of the user acquisition. You’ll turn data into insights, build reliable dashboards, and partner with engineers and marketers to increase ROI and scale user acquisition.

What You'll Do
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights that help to increase marketing efficiency;
  • Design and maintain marketing analytics dashboards that provide customers with accurate, data-driven insights;
  • Monitoring and tracking important team metrics and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPI, etc.);
  • Improve analytical infrastructure by contributing to data marts and self-service instruments;
  • Working closely with engineering team to integrate data from multiple sources;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any data-related issues our team might encounter.
What We’re Looking For
  • Advanced SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations) and ability to optimize queries for large datasets.
  • Python for analysis and automation (pandas, simple scripts, APIs).
  • BI experience with at least one tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads; understanding of bidding, audiences, and creative/testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web/product analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer, Amplitude or similar).
  • Strong communication: explain complex analyses simply; collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset: enjoys diving into data, identifying trends, and proposing opportunities for growth. Solve problems, not tasks.
