Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Financial Risk Specialist II to oversee global financial risks and coordinate in-depth risk analyses. You will support capital risk appetite, provide guidance to senior management and act as the hub for market risk frameworks within the banking books.

We value strong analytical ability, clear communication, and the capacity to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced banking environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial sector or strong interest in banking and risk management.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Economic Capital and IRRBB is a strong asset.
• Comfortable preparing presentations and explaining complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Global oversight of Financial Risks within the Bank.
• Coordinate, challenge & perform in-depth financial risk analyses and assessments.
• Support and improve the Capital Risk Appetite and limit setting, allocation and monitoring.
• Provide guidance and advise to Senior Management and stakeholders on Market Risk capital.
• Be the centre of expertise for the Market Risk Capital Frameworks for the Banking Books.
• Lead different global financial risk related projects.
• Follow, interpret and execute regulator developments in Market Risk Capital for the banking book.
