About the Team:

You will be part of the local Marketing Team at Coloplast Poland – a team of experienced and passionate professionals focused on product and clinical marketing. As the market leader in key categories such as Ostomy and Continence Care, we take pride in shaping standards of care and delivering high-quality solutions to patients and healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As a Market Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the local marketing strategy for a defined product portfolio, in alignment with the global and regional strategic direction. You play a key role in defining the market positioning of both existing and new products, ensuring their successful adoption and performance in a competitive landscape. You support the Head of Marketing and/or Country Manager with insights that shape revenue targets, portfolio priorities, and customer engagement approaches.

You lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, including market analysis, segmentation, pricing strategy, product improvement proposals, promotional campaigns, and clinical education. You act as a bridge between commercial, clinical, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that the strategy is effectively translated into impactful field execution and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes the annual marketing plan for a specific product range, aligned with the global strategy and local business objectives
  • Provides strategic input and actionable recommendations to the Head of Marketing and Country Manager regarding revenue opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning
  • Analyses market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, regulatory trends, and healthcare system developments to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Designs and implements promotional strategies, product launches, educational initiatives, and brand awareness campaigns
  • Leads market and competitor intelligence activities, proactively identifying threats and opportunities and suggesting appropriate actions
  • Localizes global assets and campaigns to create impactful local launches and consistent messaging tailored to healthcare professionals and end-users
  • Collaborates closely with Clinical Training Manager and Clinical Consultants to co-create effective training tools and programs that drive product knowledge and adoption among the sales force, customer support teams, and HCPs
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy groups, and relevant medical associations to strengthen market presence and gain clinical endorsement
  • Collects and integrates customer feedback to inform future product development and packaging improvements
  • Evaluates campaign performance and marketing activities through KPIs and ROI analyses, driving continuous improvement
  • Supports cross-channel initiatives in collaboration with Consumer and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across touchpoints
  • Actively engages with the field force (~20% of time) and participates in external events to stay close to the market and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Health sciences (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within healthcare or medical devices
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales drivers and product lifecycles
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate across departments
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in local language (Polish)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Deep customer and patient-centric mindset
  • Goal- and performance-driven with a high sense of ownership
  • Capable of working independently and within international matrix structures
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build trust and foster collaborative partnerships, both internally and externally
