Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support manufacturing system integration initiatives on a long-term project in the Life Sciences sector. You will bridge business and technology teams, design processes, manage requirements, and contribute to enterprise integration while working remotely with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, process design, and workshops.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in BA or related roles in life sciences
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN
• Knowledge of drug substance/product manufacturing processes
• Strong SQL, databases, data structures
• Familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe Agile is a plus
• Fluent English (C1) and ability to collaborate across time zones

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Supporting integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project delivered by Sii in cooperation with a global organization operating in the Life Sciences industry. In this role, you will support manufacturing system integration initiatives, helping bridge business and technology teams across complex, regulated environments. You will work remotely with international stakeholders and contribute to process design, requirements management, and enterprise integration efforts.

Your tasks

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Supporting integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitating workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions while maintaining a productive and outcome-focused approach
• Contributing to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, reporting requirements, and solution validation activities

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Architect, or Consultant in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing-related systems such as MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN, or comparable platforms, including system integration projects
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products, business process mapping, and enterprise integration concepts
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures, and reporting systems; familiarity with ISA-95/ISA-88 and SAFe Agile is an advantage
• Fluency in English (C1 level, both spoken and written) and availability to collaborate with global teams during overlapping EU and US working hours
