Job summary

SELIT North America, Inc. is seeking an Operator for our air-conditioned manufacturing plant in Commerce, GA. The role offers 12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am) on a rotating schedule, with two weekends per month. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and a full benefits package.

You will operate, inspect, and package materials, set up machinery, monitor equipment, and maintain a clean, safe 5S workspace. 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands: walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Willing to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and package production materials
• Set up machinery and prep materials for production
• Monitor equipment and resolve issues
• Notify Lead Operator of challenges
• Operate forklifts for material movement
