Job summary

Avery Dennison in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Manager with costing, reporting, and analysis across local and European operations. The role combines month-end execution with data-driven insights for operational decision-making.

The candidate will contribute to cost control, profitability analysis, and compliance under US GAAP and Local GAAP, with opportunities for development and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard product costing and cost allocations; support variance analysis with operations teams.
• Monitor product and customer profitability; assist in pricing and margin analysis; load data into HFM or similar tools.
• Support month-end close under US GAAP and Local GAAP; perform GL postings and reconciliations.
• Assist with local statutory compliance, audit preparation, and tax reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections; assist with basic financial modeling.
