Job summary

HUBER+SUHNER Polatis is seeking a Controlling specialist to provide financial insight and support to manufacturing operations. You will analyze overhead costs, monitor variances, and contribute to cost efficiency while maintaining Polish accounting standards and reporting requirements.

You will work within a cross-functional team, collaborating with operations, procurement, and supply chain to identify improvements and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Higher education in economics/finance is required.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze overhead costs and variances; provide explanations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with SSC and production teams to ensure data quality and actions.
• Support monthly management accounts, cost accruals, and data completeness.
• Ensure compliance with Polish accounting standards and corporate reporting.
