Job summary

A global technology leader in Poland is looking for a Cost Accounting Manager to oversee the finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance within an industrial setting, along with at least 2 years of people management experience. Your responsibilities will include leading the Cost Accounting team, ensuring compliance with financial processes, and training team members on SAP analytics. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years finance or related business experience.
• Prior exposure to finance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability for periodic short-term travel for conducting physical inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cost Accounting team on a daily basis.
• Monitor the financial integrity of manufacturing processes.
• Perform the month end close process.
• Participate in the global cost roll process.
• Train the Cost Accounting team on cost roll and SAP.
