Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team focused on medical software. You will perform requirements-based functional testing of web, mobile, and embedded medical apps and collaborate with international teams and clients.

This role offers growth in test automation as you design, execute, and maintain tests, report defects, and help ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software QA experience.
• Experience testing medical devices or regulated software.
• Familiarity with Linux command line.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional tests from requirements.
• Proficient with Jira and a test management tool (Xray/Zephyr/TestRail).
• Strong English (B2+) for international collaboration.
• Willingness to learn programming (Java/Python) with support.
• Advanced Polish skills.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design traceable test cases.
• Execute and maintain functional test suites for web, mobile, and embedded medical software.
• Write and update test specifications, protocols, and audits-ready reports.
• Report, reproduce, and track defects and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, dev-ops, and external QA teams on acceptance criteria.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to join our team focused on quality assurance in the medical software domain. In this role, you will primarily engage in requirements-based functional testing of web, mobile, and embedded medical applications. You will collaborate with international teams and clients, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards. Your tasks

• Analyzing requirements, specifications, and risk analyses to design test cases that trace back to them
• Executing and maintaining functional test suites for web, mobile, and embedded medical software
• Writing and updating test specifications, protocols, and reports that stand up to audits and regulatory review
• Reporting, reproducing, and tracking defects, and verifying fixes
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, dev-ops, and external QA teams to agree on acceptance criteria and resolve unclear or conflicting requirements early

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Experience testing medical devices or other regulated/safety-critical software
• Familiarity with the Linux command line
• Solid practice in designing, executing, and maintaining functional tests derived from written requirements and specifications
• Comfortable with JIRA and a test management tool such as Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail
• Very good spoken and written English (B2+) for effective communication with international teams and clients
• Willingness to learn programming (Java/Python) and test automation, with support provided
• Advanced level of Polish
• Residency in Poland
