Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software Manual QA experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in any Object-oriented coding language such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience in DevOps to maintain live services or application frameworks.
  • Azure cloud experience is highly desirable.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our outstanding Development Team in Poland- as soon as possible.

For this exciting role, we are particularly looking for candidates who are already based in Poland, preferably in the Warsaw or Gdańsk area- hold a valid permanent resident card and work visa, and are interested in working fully remotely on a B2B contract.

Your responsibilities
  • Leads the debugging process for software products through systematic testing, ensuring the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards across company products
  • Actively oversees teams and/or processes to uphold software quality engineering in alignment with test plans, prioritizing customer satisfaction for enhanced experiences
  • Designs, adjusts, and executes software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing purposes. Implements automation strategies to streamline testing procedures, reducing redundancy in testing, tooling, and processes
  • Formulates and documents test plans, standards, and procedures, while also conducting data analyses and visualizing insights to assess software product quality
  • Maintains thorough documentation of test results to aid in debugging and software modifications
  • Reviews test outcomes to validate existing functionalities and recommends corrective measures as necessary
What we are looking for
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience
  • 3+ years of software Manual QA experience
  • 3+ years hands on experience in any Object-oriented coding language such as C#, Java or Python
  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries
  • Experience in DevOps to maintain live services and\or application frameworks
  • Cloud and services experience, with Azure cloud experience highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design
  • Passion for building highly scalable, highly reliable services
  • Experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes
