Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of material and supply planners. You will ensure mid- to long-term production and material plans align with business goals across assigned plants and lines.

You will drive end-to-end supply chain planning, collaborate with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, and replenishment groups, and lead improvements to improve fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience across supply chain, economics, finance or logistics with strong business acumen in FMCG/CPG.
• Hands-on with data and planning systems; willingness to work with data in system tools.
• Experience driving supply reviews and participating in an IBP cycle.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve plans; capability to build effective teams.
• Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of material and supply planners.
• Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, target finished goods inventory and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials and replenishment to achieve category goals.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans, including capacity considerations and MRP.
• Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed.
• Support and implement planning improvements to improve fill rate and inventory targets.
• Lead or participate in supply review meetings.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
• Manage, coach and develop a team
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the category's goals
• Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools
• Be part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issues
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
• Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings
