Alcon seeks a Manager, Master Data Governance to lead regional Local Data Stewards and drive MDM operations across multiple divisions and regions. You will shape data governance programs, ensuring data quality, migration, and compliance while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5-7 years in MDM, strong SAP MD-Data skills, and proven leadership in a global environment. This hybrid role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.

Manager, Master Data Governance

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Provide operational management of Local Data Stewards in the region.
• Perform and manage MDM daily operations, and projects across the Alcon division for all Franchises and region

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Fluency (written and spoken) in English
• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management within a global environment
• Strong SAP Master Data and Material Master expertise
• Experience leading teams, projects, or mentoring stakeholders
• Proven background in data migration and SAP implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, QM) and business processes
• Experience with master data governance, data quality, and process improvement
• Ability to manage complex data across multiple systems and geographies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
