A leading biotechnology company in Poland is seeking a Manager, Learning Operations to oversee learning program execution and optimization. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development operations. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, utilize technology to enhance learning, and guide a team. This position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance employee learning experiences.
As a Manager, Learning Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing the successful execution and optimization of our portfolio of learning programs across Moderna University’s physical and digital ecosystem. You will scale core operational processes, deliver learning logistics and coordination, optimize vendor management, and coach a team able to execute flawlessly and drive process improvement to enhance the overall learning experience for all employees.
