You will conduct market and organizational analyses, drive process improvements, coordinate workstreams, and help embed new ways of working. You’ll also explore AI solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, while building strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to translate complexity into clear recommendations.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to present insights.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams to enable collaboration, momentum, and results
• Support clients in identifying and applying AI solutions that improve decision‑making, optimise operations, and unlock innovation

What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, project delivery, or a fast-paced business environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations
• Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting insights
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative working sessions is a plus
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their business impact
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse teams and client environments
• Willingness to travel as needed
