As a Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and impactful business transformation.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct market, industry, and organizational analysis to uncover opportunities, manage risks, and shape practical recommendations that create measurable impact
- Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance customer experience
- Contribute to transformation programs by coordinating workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and helping embed new ways of working
- Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved in fast-paced environments
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams to enable collaboration, momentum, and results
- Support clients in identifying and applying AI solutions that improve decision‑making, optimise operations, and unlock innovation
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, project delivery, or a fast-paced business environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations
- Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting insights
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative working sessions is a plus
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their business impact
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse teams and client environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
