Accenture Poland Internship Program is designed for active students to gain real-world experience in business processes and digital transformation. You will work with mentors on cross-functional projects for international clients, with flexible remote and on-site work options.

You'll develop in-demand skills in consulting, gain exposure to platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Magento, and have a clear path toward possible full-time employment after the internship.

Qualifications

• Active student status and availability min. 30h per week.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Demonstrated interest in business processes, digital transformation, consulting, and new technologies, with a strong willingness to develop in these areas.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for designing business processes or solutions that support clients and configuring systems according to client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including creating and updating test scenarios and performing manual system testing.
• Develop presentations and training materials for end users and supporting the mapping and modeling of business processes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and IT teams, support analysts and consultants in daily project operations.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to gain knowledge and continuously improve your skills.

THE WORK:

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
