Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking experienced professionals in Industry X to lead digital asset management initiatives and analytics across Europe. The role focuses on streamlining operations, enabling predictive maintenance, and driving value from asset data through integrated technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and contribute to change management and training activities while working in a flexible, mostly remote setup across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering-related industry sectors (CG&S / Chemicals / Life Sciences / Energy / Utilities).
• Industrial IoT and data integration experience including cloud solutions and data analytics.
• Experience in Asset Performance Management and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with digital asset management software such as SAP EAM/PM/MM, Maximo, AVEVA/OSI PI, Primavera, etc.
• Knowledge of Asset Management Lifecycle, Turnaround, and Work Planning & Execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Digital Asset Management capabilities with an in-house roadmap.
• Implement analytics for Asset Performance Management for predictive/prescriptive maintenance.
• Drive Asset Investment Planning with policy design for maintenance and replacements.
• Oversee project management activities: budgets, deliverables, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to Change Management: process review, future-state design, and training materials.

THE WORK:

• Leading the creation and evolution of Digital Asset Management capabilities by developing the in-house roadmap focused on streamlining operations, optimised workflows, permissions, and maintaining best practice asset management.
• Implement analytics for Asset Performance Management to help our clients create value from predictive and prescriptive maintenance
• Responsible for Asset Investment Planning project execution with policy design for maintenance, repair and replacement
• Work on Project Management Activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests
• Integral part of Change Management in review of existing processes and procedures, definition of future state processes, development of training material and delivery of training sessions to business users.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on travelling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Industry experience with engineering background – at least 3+ years in the one of following segments: CG&S / Chemicals / Life Sciences / Energy / Utilities
• Practical experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), process data integration or connected assets. Including cloud solutions, data analytics, automation and control etc.
• Experience in Maintenance Reliability related to Asset Performance Management, predictive data analytics and strategy.
• Experience in digital asset management software systems such as: SAP EAM/PM/MM, Maximo, AVEVA/OSI PI, Aspen, PTC, Primavera, Prometheus, GE Predix, Bentley, NRX Asset Hub etc.
• Functional experience in area of Asset Management Lifecycle, Turnaround Management, Work Planning and Execution as well as Reliability Engineering.
• Programme and Project Management skills and proficiency in analysing and translating Business Requirements to Technical Requirements and IT Architecture.
• Excellent Business English communication skills (written & spoken).
