Job summary

U&C UAS s.r.o. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of its buildings and technical infrastructure. The role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and electrical inspections within your qualification.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification, demonstrates reliability and independent work, and possesses a valid category B driving license. Prior building maintenance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of buildings and technical equipment.
• Carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Inspect and maintain electrical equipment within your qualification.
• Conduct preventive inspections and monitor facilities.
• Communicate with external contractors and service providers.
• Cooperate with the Facility Manager and team.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

U&C UAS s.r.o. is growing, and as we continue expanding our facilities, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and technical infrastructure.

If you enjoy hands-on work, can solve technical issues independently, and hold an electrical qualification, we would be pleased to hear from you.

What Will You Do?

• Perform routine maintenance of buildings and technical equipment
• Carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Inspect and maintain electrical equipment within the scope of your professional qualifications
• Conduct preventive inspections and monitor the technical condition of facilities
• Communicate with external contractors and service providers
• Cooperate with the Facility Manager and other team members
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site

What Are We Looking For?

• Electrical qualification according to Czech Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. (formerly Decree No. 50)
• Manual dexterity and strong technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Valid Category B driving license
• Previous experience in building maintenance is an advantage
