Job summary

A leading helicopter services company in Poland is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee maintenance projects and ensure optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, fluency in Polish and English, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in Jasionka near Rzeszów, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work on multiple projects.

Qualifications

Maintenance Planner

Workplace Jasionka near Rzeszów (podkarpackie) / full office work

Form of employment: Contract of Employment (UoP)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor maintenance projects execution within the facility and remote sites
  • Plan and monitor parts and materials used in maintenance operation
  • Coordinate flow of parts, components and tools internally and with offsite subcontractors
  • Issue requisitions for parts and components to supply chain
  • Research and support team in implementation of new capabilities
  • Gather, analyse data and provide recommendation for inventory strategy
  • Prepare work packages for incoming aircraft
  • Provide manpower and material estimates by task and trade
  • Update work packages to address scope changes, additional work requests and repair requirements arising during the project
  • Evaluate tool requirements and ensure that tooling is available
  • Close cooperation with other areas particularly Production, Purchasing and Customer Service
  • Accurate and timely development and issue of the Project Schedule
  • Initiate and implement improvements to production planning processes and supporting systems
  • Support the Project Manager by using the Project schedule for the proactive identification of risks and opportunities
  • Update the production Key Performance Indicator report and identify risk areas
  • Ensure work preparation and planning is done to ensure compliance with quality processes and specifications
  • Provide timely updates to the schedules based upon the input from all parties
  • Update the master production plan of any extraordinary changes in the level of manufacturing materials to ensure optimum inventory level is maintained
  • Define the terms of product delivery and give advice to other departments
Qualifications
  • A University Degree in Planning, Operations Management, Logistics, or technical discipline
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations
  • Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Experience in engineering / manufacturing / site works and / or appropriate product knowledge - minimum 2 years
  • Experience working in a global / multi-cultural environment
  • Must have legal right to live and work in Poland
