- Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production and facility equipment
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with internal departments to align maintenance and automation priorities with operational needs
- Control maintenance budgets, costs, spare parts, and inventory levels
- Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Automation) or related field
- Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, PLCs, robotics, and control system
- Experience in managing facility utilities (HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work
- Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
