Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise automation and facilities maintenance activities on a daily basis
  • Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production and facility equipment
  • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align maintenance and automation priorities with operational needs
  • Control maintenance budgets, costs, spare parts, and inventory levels
  • Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Our requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Automation) or related field
  • Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies, PLCs, robotics, and control system
  • Experience in managing facility utilities (HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
  • Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work
  • Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
