Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska Sp.z o.o.sp.k. is hiring a CL Warehousing Operator to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate handling of goods. The role focuses on unloading, storage, and preparation of client shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a UDT forklift license, practical warehouse experience, and familiarity with scanners and PCs. Knowledge of SAP or other WMS is a plus, with shifts including day and night options.

Qualifications

• UDT forklift license is mandatory.
• Experience in a similar warehouse role is required.
• Ability to operate scanner, computer and printer.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP is preferred.
• Willingness to work in two shifts or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload and distribute goods in the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments according to client instructions.
• Release goods from warehouse with accompanying documentation; load as needed.
• Ensure timely loading/unloading and proper storage of goods.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners).
• Keep warehouse and surrounding area clean and organized.

The CL Warehousing Operator ensures efficient, reliable, and forward-thinking operations within the warehouse. By maintaining a safe and organized environment, the Operator contributes to the overall success of the logistics operations in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Rozładunek i rozmieszczanie towarów w magazynie, sprawdzanie zgodności ilości i asortymentu przyjmowanego towaru z dokumentami
• Przygotowywanie przesyłek zgodnie ze zleceniem Klienta
• Wydawanie towaru z magazynu zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją, załadunek
• Dbanie o terminowy załadunek i rozładunek towaru, Dbanie o właściwe składowanie i przechowywanie towarów w magazynie
• Obsługa dokumentacji magazynowej
• Dbałość o maszyny i urządzenia (np. ładowanie wózków widłowych, skanerów)
• Dbałość o porządek w magazynie i na terenie przyległym

Required Qualifications

• Uprawnienia UDT do kierowania wózkiem widłowym
• Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
• Umiejętność obsługi skanera, komputera i drukarki
• Mile widziana znajomość systemu WMS (np. LFS400, SAP)
• Dyspozycyjność i sumienność
• Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym – 2 zmiany (6.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00) lub tylko na zmianę nocną (22.00 – 6.00)
• Samodzielność oraz zaangażowanie w realizację powierzonych zadań
