Polcode is seeking an experienced macOS Platform Engineer to join a long-term project for an aviation client. In a Fleet-based MDM, you will manage macOS devices, security, IAM, and automation in an enterprise environment with 1,000+ endpoints.

German and English at C1 are required. The role offers remote-first (within Poland) or office work in Warszawa, with a B2B rate of 100–160 PLN/h + VAT and a contract through December 31, 2027, with extension possible.

We’re currently looking for an experienced macOS Platform Engineer to join a long-term project for an end client from the aviation industry.

You’ll work in an enterprise environment with more than 1,000 endpoints, supporting and scaling the client’s Apple Endpoint Management ecosystem. The role combines macOS platform engineering, device management, security, identity, software deployment, and automation.

This is not an end-user support role. You’ll work directly on the platform behind the client’s macOS environment, including the operation and further development of an MDM landscape based on Fleet.
