Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for tkSE’s digital platforms and system landscapes
- Manage service lifecycle, including tracking releases and infrastructure versions
- Coordinating tests and rollouts with business partners
- Fulfill service requests: create/maintain Spaces/Tenants, user groups, application/service principals
- Request/update certificates
- Perform troubleshooting, error analysis, and optimizations (incl. 1st level support in German)
- Maintain IT infrastructure across development, testing, and production stages
- Further develop platforms and operational processes as requested by tkSE
- Develop, document, and discuss system architecture concepts
- Support automation of lifecycle processes (scripts, GitOps principles)
- Carry out testing, debugging, and performance/cost tuning
- Coordinate platform projects (updates, new infrastructures, migrations)
- Cooperate with providers, attend coordination meetings
- Configure, maintain, and develop monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Provide consulting and support for: server and network technologies
- Deliver training and documentation for platform users
- Focus: Machine Learning platform (AzureML, Kubernetes, Python), including CI/CD, developer tools, and automation.
Your profile
Requirements
- Experience in Service Lifecycle Management and technical support for IT platforms
- Strong knowledge of:
- Linux (RedHat)
- Kubernetes (AKS)
- Cloud providers (Azure IAAS/PAAS)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience with CI/CD, container technologies, and GitOps principles
- Practical knowledge in:
- AzureML, Python tooling for ML use cases
- Kafka, Nifi, Minio (IIoT platform)
- OpenAPI REST services (API platform)
- Dev tools: Git (Bitbucket), Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Jira, Artifactory/Harbor
- Ability to carry out troubleshooting, debugging, and system migrations
Nice to have (not mandatory):
- German language skills for 1st level support
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duty
