Bosch is seeking a skilled Mac Developer to join our global team in Łódź. You will design, develop, and maintain macOS applications used by researchers, engineers, and business teams worldwide, collaborating across Poland and international partners.

We expect strong macOS expertise, Swift/SwiftUI, AppKit, and experience with CI/CD, APIs, and enterprise integrations. The role offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, and opportunities to influence core platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in macOS application development.
• Knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, AppKit and Objective-C.
• Experience with macOS lifecycle, packaging and distribution.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Go, Bash, AppleScript, zsh).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON/XML data formats and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications and developer tools for macOS users across Bosch.
• Transform business and user requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Create modern and intuitive user interfaces using Apple technologies and frameworks.
• Develop integrations with enterprise services and APIs.
• Build automation solutions and scripts that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality applications and features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery pipelines.
• Support integration with enterprise environments, authentication systems, and managed devices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
