The role focuses on achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless coordination of post-sale activities such as shipping and alterations where applicable.

Key responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining a high standard of customer care, and supporting store operations, including stock management and POS procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Generation: Meet sales goals and maximize sales performance; provide high levels of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Customer service: Build repeat clientele, resolve problems and complaints quickly and effectively
• Operations: Keep selling floor neat and stocked, assist with stock, shipping, receiving, inventories and POS procedures
