Job summary

Testronic invites you to join our Localization Quality Assurance team in Poland. You will identify and fix translation errors, ensure tone and cultural accuracy, and generate clear reports in Excel and Jira.

Ideal candidates are native Japanese with high English proficiency, strong grammar, and excellent communication. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment with flexible project assignments and opportunities to grow in the gaming industry.

Qualifications

• Japanese level C2 or native fluency.
• English level C1 for internal communication and reporting.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation in your language.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Clear, precise communication and teamwork under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Find and correct translation errors, misspellings and ambiguities.
• Check tone, style, audio, text and cultural fit of the game.
• Create reports in Excel and Jira.
• Submit quality-improving suggestions based on findings.

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department and be responsible for:

• Finding and correcting any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities
• Checking the game's tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
• Creating reports in Excel and Jira.
• Submitting quality improving suggestions for the errors you find

Requirements

• Japanese C2 level or native.
• English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting.
• Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Great communication skills allowing to express yourself precise and clearly
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time

You can score extra points for:

• Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles (all types of games count!)
• Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing
• Familiarity of platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS)
