Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

As an LPN, you will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Conhecimentos

Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN/LVN license

BLS (certified)

One year nursing experience
