Job summary

Magna International in Poland seeks a logistics coordinator to manage shipments, client portals, and invoicing within SAP, MES and Go Ramp environments. You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to stock levels, cost reporting, and process improvement across the supply chain, with focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics systems and applications (SAP, Go Ramp, MES).
• Strong coordination and communication with clients and carriers.
• Ability to plan, monitor and execute shipments end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Work within logistics systems and apps (SAP, Go Ramp, MES).
• Represent the company in client and carrier interactions.
• Manage client portals per requirements.
• Plan, monitor and execute shipments; analyze stock levels.
• Report to supervisor on order fulfillment status.
• Oversee deliveries and daily client communications.
• Verify logistics invoices and describe service costs.
• Prepare shipping and sales documents (specs, delivery notes, labels, CMR).
• Collaborate with other departments on orders.
• Coordinate delivery plans with the warehouse.
• Arrange transports and liaise with security.
• Coordinate end-to-end deliveries and shipments.
• Issue RFQs and orders for transports.
• Care for client packaging: inventory, discrepancies, damages.
