Job summary

Magna Seating Poland is seeking a warehouse operative to unload, inspect, and document deliveries, ensuring correct stocking and timely material flow to the assembly line. You will handle shipments, maintain accurate records, and support FIFO and container rotation processes in a busy plant environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Logistics and Quality teams, using barcode systems, and ensuring safe, organized storage of materials for continuous production and customer

• Uprawnienia do prowadzenia wózków widłowych (UDT).

• Umiejętność pracy z komputerem.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect deliveries and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain delivery records and warehouse documentation.
• Prepare materials for shipments and load them for dispatch.
• Manage rotation and handling of returnable containers.
• Ensure proper storage of materials using barcode scanning and FIFO rules.
• Coordinate with logistics and quality teams on delivery timing and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rozładunek i kontrola zgodności dostaw.
• Prowadzenie dokumentacji dostaw.
• Prawidłowe przyjęcie materiału na stan magazynowy wg obowiązującej instrukcji.
• Przygotowywanie materiałów do wysyłek oraz ich załadunek.
• Obrót pojemnikami zwrotnymi między firmą Magna Automotive (Poland) sp. z o.o. a dostawcami.
• Rejestracja obrotu pojemników.
• Dostarczanie materiałów na linię montażową; zapewnianie ich ciągłej dostępności w odpowiedniej ilości.
• Zapewnienie właściwego składowania materiałów poprzez wykorzystanie skanerów kodów kreskowych.
• Przestrzeganie zasad FIFO (First In First Out – pierwsze przyjęte, pierwsze wydane).
• Przygotowywanie części do aut przedseryjnych.
• Opróżnianie pojemników transportowych z odpadami produkcyjnymi
• Współpraca z Logistykami w zakresie monitorowania ilości, jakości i czasu dostaw.
• Współpraca z Działem Jakości oraz zewnętrznymi firmami kooperującymi w zakresie kontroli jakościowej dostaw.
• Składowanie materiałów na magazynie zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami BHP oraz ogólnozakładowymi wytycznymi.
• Dbanie o wózki widłowe, regały i inne wyposażenie magazynu.
• Obsługa wysyłek wyrobu gotowego do klienta.
• Udział w zakładowych inwentaryzacjach.

Wymagane umiejętności i uprawnienia:

• Uprawnienia do prowadzenia wózków widłowych (UDT)
• Praktyczna umiejętność i doświadczenie w obsłudze wózka widłowego.
• Dobra organizacja pracy, sprawność w działaniu.
• Umiejętność pracy z komputerem.
