Job summary

Agfa Warsaw is seeking a logistics professional to support ESSC Operations, focusing on central and local transports and warehouses. The role includes handling global transport complaints, claims, and warehouse returns, interfacing with third-party suppliers, Agfa HQ, and client teams.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, experienced in logistics, and highly organized, with a proactive, decisive mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process complaints and claims in SAP on a global scale.

• Administer warehouse returns.
• Handle internal inquiries regarding logistics status and shipments.

Customer Operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves.As a member of our ESSC Logistics Operations you are responsible for managing and supporting activities related to central & local transports and warehouses. In this role you will be handling Worldwide transport complaints and claims as well as dealing with warehouse returns administration. In this role you are interacting with third-party suppliers, Agfa HQ, other teams in ESSC andour clients.
