Your responsibilities:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the entire supply chain in the company. Your responsibilities will m.in include:
- Planning and optimization of logistics processes: design, implementation and improvement of logistics strategies aimed at maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Resource management: planning the needs in terms of resources (human, technical, material) necessary for the timely and effective implementation of logistics tasks.
- Warehouse management: supervision of inventory processes, reporting inventory levels and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Ensuring timely and complete deliveries: coordinating transport and distribution to guarantee customers deliveries in line with their expectations.
- Team management: effective management of a subordinate team, comprising about 40 people, setting priorities, delegating tasks, motivating and developing employees.
- Safety and compliance: responsibility for health and safety and operational compliance with laws and industry standards.
- Cross-departmental collaboration and reporting: Work closely with sales, purchasing, marketing, and other departments to keep business processes running smoothly and continuously. You will also directly report to the General Director, having a real impact on the company's strategic decisions.
