Job summary

SAMSUNG SDS Poland is seeking a Logistics Specialist with at least 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of road transport, and a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport.

The role requires fluent English, confidence with Excel and MS Office, and the ability to manage deliveries, logistics providers, KPIs, documentation, and time-sensitive tasks.

You will work closely with the Export Ocean Booking Direction Operations team to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics/SCM/Transport is required.
• Good in English is required.
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Logistics, best at similar role.
• Knowledge of road transport is required.
• Able to work under time pressure.
• Good organization of work.
• Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with logistic service providers
• Creating Delivery Plan & Execution
• Planning deliveries
• Verification of shipping & delivery performance (KPIs)
• Delivering full visibility of shipments by company tools & system
• Subcontractor performance reporting to line manager
• Verification of logistics documents (POD/BOL)
• Participation in Logistics projects
