Job summary

Reality Games is looking for a Live Ops Coordinator to own event planning, KPI analysis, and monetization strategies for our live games. You will work with Producers, Developers, QA, and support teams to optimize player engagement and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in live operations for free-to-play games, strong decision-making with imperfect information, and excellent communication skills. Remote work options and flexible hours are available in a modern Kraków-based team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Live Operator in f2p game.
• Ability to make accurate decisions based on limited information.
• At least 2 years of experience managing project schedules, development timelines, and project releases.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to self-start and work independently.
• Exceptional detail orientation, leadership, organization and time management skills, dependability, and flexibility required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude are required. Strong ability to create and conduct presentations to a diverse audience.
• Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute events and promotion plans for engagement, excitement, and monetization.
• Perform analysis on KPI and sales trends within our games.
• Analyze and understand the game economies that are driving retention and monetization of our products.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve the events and offers.
• Provide feedback to product development to improve product performance and service quality.
• Collaborate with Producers, Developer, Project Managers, QA, Customer Support, and Community Managers to deliver best in class player experience.
• Report product statuses and findings in a structured and timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
