Responsibilities

• Manage Ubuntu Linux systems in data center and cloud VPCs.
• Install, provision and configure Linux servers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, system and application issues.
• Implement systems/network/performance monitoring.
• Improve on infrastructure and security.

Skills

Strong grasp on Linux OS

Automation and configuration management using Ansible

Automation and configuration management using Terraform

Understanding of Ethernet/IP networking

Experience with NFS/Ceph storage

Exposure to Docker

Exposure to Kubernetes

Basic understanding of SQL

Basic understanding of NoSQL

Basic understanding of Key-Value DBs

Scripting in Bash

Scripting in Python

Basic comprehension of C/C++

CI/CD: Gitlab

Education
