Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Linux- und Windows-Servern.
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Überwachungstools und Container-Technologien.

Job description

In this role, you will be directly contributing to the infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge payment applications. These applications are essential for facilitating seamless financial transactions across Europe, ensuring that millions of users can conduct their transactions safely and efficiently, any time of the day. Your work will not only involve the technical maintenance and enhancement of these systems but also a strategic role in ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market and our diverse European user base.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage applications of critical importance.
• Support other departments in operational processes (data analysis, application configuration).
• Update and develop documentation.
• Monitor production processes for availability, functionality, and efficiency.
• Provide support for applications operating in a 24/7 environment.
• Collaborate closely with Change and Release Managers, Analysts, and the Development team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in navigating the Linux environment.
• Eagerness to grow in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (SolarWind, ELK, Prometheus).
• Understanding of SQL databases.
• Good command of bash scripting languages.
• Desire to develop in the area of CI/CD.
• Familiarity with IIS, Tomcat.
• At least 2 years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level).
