Job description

Join our international Infrastructure Operations team in Poland as Linux Infrastructure Engineer!

You'll act as a member of a third level expert technical operations team, to support our point of arrival products ensuring long term stability for our customers. You'll also supports the organization with technical expertise in prioritized projects and you'll collaborate across the organisation with second-line support, development, infrastructure, cloud, network teams and the incident managers.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform operational tasks such as server provisioning, upgrades, patching, changes and testing.
  • Document newly implemented or existing systems and processes according to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and address technical or operational risks and inefficiencies with IT systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational best practices and systems maintenance
  • Subject to Oncall 24/7 rotation
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience
Your profile:
  • Technical education – University or related
  • Curiosity and interest in contributing own ideas and always keeping in mind the solution of their customers' problems.
  • Innovative strength, communicative and convincing team player.
  • Learning and applying new technologies are a motivation for you.
  • A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
