Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for the role of Linear Infrastructures Senior Assistant with experience in roadway (or railway) design, to join our ambitious and experienced Linear Infrastructures team. We work on projects from feasibility studies to detailed designs, either as a standalone team or as part of multidisciplinary teams. Our clients include private and public sector entities, with long-term Framework Agreements and Design and Build contracts. Our office has a proven track record in roadway design across the USA, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on iconic transportation projects as part of our diverse and multicultural Enterprise Capabilities Team (Poland/Spain).

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working on small projects or parts of larger projects under supervision, with review by senior engineers.
  • Performing geometric design of highways or railways under supervision.
  • Utilizing computer software for geometric design and problem-solving.
  • Creating complex 2D and 3D drawings, including CAD markups and works.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in highway and/or railway design or a strong desire to develop in this field.
  • Experience with geometrical design using packages like InRoads, OpenRoads/OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, or 12d Model.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • CV in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
