Job description

Overview

Licensed Clinical Therapist with Colorado license, remote position with Maven Clinic. Maven is a virtual clinic for women and families offering clinical, emotional, and financial support across fertility, maternity, parenting, and menopause. This role focuses on providing evidence-based, compassionate care via virtual means as part of Maven’s provider network.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging
• Address topics including adoption, surrogacy, fertility, egg freezing, loss, and return-to-work
• Support for anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and related conditions
• Assist with balancing work-life and parenting challenges; offer parent and family coaching
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to help clients gain tools and skills
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system (MPractice)
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to meet member needs and coordinate in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Represent Maven’s care model and provide culturally humble care to support better outcomes for women and families

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Unrestricted license in Colorado: LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently without current supervision from a licensed supervisor
• Must reside in the United States
• Available for direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week; part-time, independent contractor (1099)
• 3+ years of tele-health experience; comfortable delivering care through digital health platforms
• Own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) compatible with iOS 16+ and access to a laptop with reliable internet
• Passionate about women’s and family health

This is a 1099 contract position. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, specialization, and contract type.
