Job summary

FlexWind, an international wind energy company, seeks a Legal and Compliance Specialist to support contract review and negotiations, manage compliance risks, and advise project and management teams across international projects.

You will cooperate with external partners and internal departments, help ensure adherence to client requirements and internal policies, and contribute to governance and due diligence processes.

Qualifications

• Legal education or relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Experience in contract review, commercial law, compliance, construction, energy, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Practical and business-oriented approach.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams.
• Interest in compliance, risk management, internal procedures, and renewable energy projects.
