Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive digital transformation for international clients. You will lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensure quality through testing and documentation, and guide project teams from concept to deployment.

You will apply extensive Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate knowledge, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage projects using Agile/Waterfall with Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative or advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE 1st Party Apps, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; lead teams.
• English at an advanced level; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support delivery workloads and handovers.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and design complementary solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, high-quality solutions within budget and timelines.
• Apply broad programming experience with Visual Studio and C# to develop solutions.
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall; use Azure DevOps for backlog & source control.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, break into tasks, and estimate throughout the lifecycle.

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership skills to guide project teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery from concept to deployment.

Your tasks

• Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to meet client needs
• Conducting thorough quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes
• Producing clear and concise technical documentation to support delivery workloads and facilitate handovers to clients or third parties
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing solutions that complement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities
• Implementing solutions with a focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity
• Utilizing broad programming experience with high competency in Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages to develop solutions
• Managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including the use of Azure DevOps for backlog management and source control
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, breaking them down into tasks, and estimating accordingly throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative or advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including all CE 1st Party Applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding them through complex concepts
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and thorough planning
• Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams
• Advanced level of English
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Java
• Relevant certifications such as PL200, PL100, and PL400
